Castle Rock Swim Team is a part of the Roanoke Valley Aquatic Association (RVAA), a local swimming organization established to promote a fun and family-oriented environment for summer league participants. Hello Rockfish! We are beyond excited to offer a 2025 summer swim team with 6 regular Monday night meets and an end of season championship meet. Coaches Jamie, Sarah Jane, and Buffy will be back again for a fun filled summer of swimming. Concentrating on developing proper swim technique as well as a passion for the sport, Castle Rock Swim Team is a great place for the whole family to swim. Evening Practices: Tuesday/Thursday
10 and under: 5:45-6:30 PM
11 and up: 6:30-8:00 PM
Morning Practices: Wednesday/Friday
11 and up: 8:00-9:15 AM
10 and under: 9:30-10:30 AM
Saturday Morning Practice:
